This is the second dentist i came to this month and I can say they were far better than the Jefferson one. They made me feel heard and not treated like a number like I did at the other. Dr. Chapa is articulate, and detail oriented. Appreciate his care. If I left the practice it would be because Taylor was hired elsewhere and I followed her. She has a deep understanding of dental benefits and unmatched patience to explain them to ordinary people like me. I wish practice allowed general DDS to extract teeth since this is within their scope of practice. Not doing so can delay care.
