This place was great! I usually hate going to the dentist, but this office and team was awesome!! The manager, Sarah, helped me get my appointment booked to work around my work schedule and made sure I got all the forms filled out online in advance (which was super easy, btw). Vanessa helped me at the front desk and was very forgiving despite me being a few minutes late. Angel did a fantastic job doing my intake and X-Rays, answering all my curious questions and explaining what each scan was for. I was immediately brought back to the chair and Dr. Chapa was in to see me within TWO MINUTES! He was so kind and explained how my teeth looked, gave me advice and instructions on improving some problem areas on my teeth, and best of all - he’s not at all the type to judge or lecture about better flossing habits LOL! I ended up having a small cavity and I was offered the opportunity to get it quickly filled right then - so we did! Very quick and painless, and Sandra did a fantastic job explaining what we were going to do while assisting Dr. Chapa during the filling. 10 out of 10 would recommend - best dentist experience I’ve had! UPDATE JUNE 2025: 2 years later I still come here despite living far across San Antonio - still the BEST team at this office, and huge call out to Uzma, she did a FANTASTIC job and absolutely put my mind at ease with my concerns. She was gentle but thorough and talked me through how to take care of my teeth better at home. Still so pleased with this office and Dr. Chapa - still highly recommend!
